Medfix® Microsect style micro cervical curettes are ergonomically designed to improve control and allow for maximum cutting efficiency. The cutting edge has been increased while reducing the footplate thickness allowing the removal of bony encroachment from otherwise difficult access holes.

Improved Visualization:
The shaft has been placed in line with the fingertips to improve direct visualization. Longer length improves access in a wide variety of patients and wound depths, but still allows a comfortable working distance under common magnification scales.

Improved Cutting Cup:
An oblong shape instead of the traditional round cup increases the side cutting edge. The shaft has been modified to reduce tip breakage and the angle has been improved for access while allowing for an overall reduction in cup size.
