What countries does Medfix ship to?

How long before I receive my ordered product?

Medfix usually ships on the day we receive the order. If parts need to be ordered, we try to ship the day we receive the parts.

Medfix ships using all major shipping services, including air freight. We will also work with a shipper you want to use. How long the shipment takes to arrive depends on the shipper, the level of service you select, and how far away you are. International orders also depend on the local customs office to release the order. We are dedicated to helping you get the order as quickly as possible.

How long do Medfix product warranties last?

Medfix International, LLC branded products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions for its intended purpose. Warranties range from 1 year to a lifetime warranty depending on the specific product.

Our warranties do not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or used in violation of operating instructions as stipulated by the manufacturer, nor extend to any units altered, or repaired for a warranty defect by anyone other than Medfix.

Some states or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may not apply to the original customer. Our warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

Medfix International, LLC shall not be held responsible for consequential or indirect damage arising from the sale or use of any product.

Products sold from other companies are subject to their warranties. We will gladly help with warranty questions for items we have sold.
